Vadoo Terms and Conditions
These terms provide general conditions for access to Vadoo websites, applications, and mobility technology. Complete jurisdiction-specific terms must be published before commercial operation in each applicable territory.
Platform Role
Vadoo provides technology that may enable passengers to request transportation services and independent drivers or other authorized transportation providers to receive and manage eligible requests.
Accounts
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting account credentials, and using the platform only for lawful purposes. Eligibility and verification requirements may differ by user type and territory.
Transportation Services
Availability, service categories, fares, payment methods, driver requirements, and other operating conditions may vary according to territory and configuration.
Payments
Where enabled, trip payments may be processed through payment methods or providers made available for the applicable service. Applicable payment terms, fees, responsibilities, and provider conditions must be disclosed for the relevant territory and payment method.
Safety and Conduct
Users must comply with applicable laws and platform safety and conduct requirements. Fraud, abuse, harassment, discrimination, manipulation of the platform, or conduct that creates an unreasonable safety risk may result in restrictions or loss of access.
Intellectual Property
Vadoo software, branding, interfaces, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred merely through use of the platform.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated when permitted by applicable terms and law, including for security, fraud, eligibility, safety, material policy violations, or legal requirements.
Applicable Legal Terms
Governing law, dispute procedures, legal entity information, limitation-of-liability provisions, statutory consumer rights, and required notices must be defined in the final terms applicable to each operating territory.
